Order Picker Freezer

Work as an order picker in the freezer in Nieuwegein, earn €14.99 per hour. Start at 7:00 AM, finish together with your team, and receive extra pay for Saturdays and holidays.

Do you want to work in a challenging environment where teamwork is key? As an order picker in the freezer department in Nieuwegein, you’ll be collecting and preparing orders using a paper pick list. You’ll also help with other warehouse tasks when needed, all in a freezer at
-23°C. Your workday always starts at 7:00 AM and ends when all tasks are done, so you and your team finish at the same time.

Your starting wage is €14.99 per hour, but after 1 month it increases to €15.20, after 6 months to €15.44, and after 12 months you will earn €16.22. For every hour you work, you get an extra €1.26 for working in the cold. You’ll work at least every other Saturday, usually only 4-5 hours, and earn a 150% pay bonus for those shifts.

If you work on Boxing Day, you get an even higher bonus of 300%. You’ll receive protective clothing, including freezer shoes, a suit, gloves, and a hat, to keep you comfortable in the cold. The first year, you won’t have a Christmas holiday, so reliability is important.

This job is ideal if you are accurate, like working together, and want a stable, well-paid job. You only need basic English to understand instructions and talk to colleagues-basic language skills are sufficient for this position - understanding simple instructions and the ability to communicate  you’ve had no more than three jobs in the last two years, for a quick decision in just one working day!

• Experience in a warehouse or logistics is a plus, but not required
• Able to work in cold conditions (-23°C) and with protective clothing

• A gross hourly wage of €14.99;
