Edulance zoekt een ervaren jeugdconsulent voor de gemeente Nijkerk ter vervanging wegens zwangerschapsverlof. Je start zelfstandig en pakt direct je eigen caseload op, voert gesprekken met gezinnen over opvoeding en veiligheid en regelt passende ondersteuning binnen de Jeugdwet.
Je voert regie bij complexe veiligheidsvraagstukken, onderhoudt contacten met scholen, Veilig Thuis en zorgaanbieders, en neemt deel aan multidisciplinaire overleggen. Hybride werken is mogelijk.
