Kamphorst Detachering zoekt een Woonbegeleider voor de gemeente Nijkerk. Je biedt opvang aan vluchtelingen en bent het eerste aanspreekpunt op de opvanglocaties. Je coördineert begeleiding, bewaakt voortgang en zorgt voor passende hulp op het juiste moment.
De functie is 32–36 uur per week via detachering met uitzicht op vast dienstverband; reikt organisatie, samenwerking en ondersteuning aan diverse partners. Ervaring met kwetsbare doelgroepen is gewenst.
