ASA Talent zoekt een klantenservicemedewerker voor DHL Express in Nijmegen. In deze rol beantwoord je eerstelijnsvragen van klanten, zoals de status van hun pakket. Met een minimaal aantal van 16 uur per week dien je beschikbaar te zijn, vooral op maandagen. De functie is ideaal te combineren met studie of andere verplichtingen.
Vereisten zijn een mbo-4 of hbo niveau, uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels, en sterke klantgerichte vaardigheden.
