ASA Talent in Nijmegen zoekt een Medewerker Klantenservice Flexpool voor DHL. In deze rol beantwoord je klantvragen over zendingen, bij vertragingen en vermiste pakketten, en werk je samen met een internationaal team in Arnhem.
Je hebt een MBO-4 of HBO-werk- en denkniveau, bent minstens 16 uur beschikbaar en beheerst zowel Nederlands als Engels uitstekend. Deze parttime functie biedt de mogelijkheid om werk te combineren met studie.
