Centraal Bureau Rijvaardigheidsbewijzen (C ) in Arnhem zoekt een klantenservicemedewerker. Je behandelt vragen en klachten, registreert interacties en werkt met meerdere systemen.
Je werkt 4-5 dagen per week, deels op kantoor en deels thuis, met een introductie training van 3 weken op locatie Arnhem. Met minimaal mbo-denkniveau en ervaring in klantcontact, ben je communicatief sterk in Nederlands en Engels en servicegericht.
