Senior Recruitment Consultant at Fairplay Engineering  As Team Leader Electrical Engineer – High Voltage, you will be responsible for preparing, executing, and finalizing the full engineering process for high-voltage substations and high-voltage connections. You will work within the defined scope and constraints set by the client and act as the technical point of contact throughout the project lifecycle. You will also participate in client meetings to streamline the design process.
This role combines advisory and design skills. You enjoy engaging with clients and actively contributing to technical discussions to provide the best possible solutions. Within your team, you are the go-to expert for complex technical issues and are responsible for safeguarding project scope and requirements. You coordinate input from colleagues across different electrical disciplines—such as primary, secondary, and EMC—and ensure alignment with other internal teams (e.g., civil engineering, structural, and environmental) and external stakeholders.

Additionally, you support the development of colleagues through coaching and knowledge sharing.
You will lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers who support you on technical matters. In this leadership position, you maintain close collaboration with various disciplines and serve as the central technical contact point throughout the project.
Requirements:
Technical coordination:
Oversee technical compliance and assess calculations, drawings, reports, and third-party analyses.
Project leadership:
Coordinate engineering tasks within projects, manage the engineering team, report progress to the project manager, and support overall project execution.
Standards and compliance:
Ensure adherence to national and international standards and guidelines for high-voltage systems.

Risk management:

Identify and manage technical risks, and monitor quality across all project phases.
Team management:
Lead a team of approximately 15 engineers and support their ongoing professional development
