Quality Engineer

We’re looking for a  Quality & Reliability Engineer  to join an innovative high-tech engineering environment focused on next-generation semiconductor technologies.
In this role, you will work closely with R&D and cross-functional development teams to ensure robust quality and reliability standards are built into advanced Front-End technology processes from the earliest stages of development.

What you’ll be doing     Defining and translating customer and business quality requirements into measurable engineering standards
Driving reliability strategies for new technology developments
Performing risk assessments using tools such as FMEA, 8D, DoE, and Six Sigma methodologies
Supporting failure analysis activities and reliability investigations
Collaborating with suppliers and manufacturing partners to improve process quality
Leading and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across engineering and quality teams
Managing and reporting on project quality activities within multidisciplinary development programs
What we’re looking for     Master’s degree in Physics, Electronics, Chemistry, or a related technical discipline
3–5 years of experience in quality and reliability engineering
Knowledge of semiconductor Front-End technologies (GaN / III-V technologies highly desirable)

Experience with statistical analysis methods and quality tools
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Comfortable working independently while thriving in collaborative international teams
