You will join an innovative R&D environment in the Nijmegen region, working on next‑generation analog and mixed‑signal integrated circuits for automotive communication applications.
Location:
Nijmegen Region, Netherlands
Working Hours:
Full‑time (40 hours per week)
Work Model: Preferably on‑site
Contract:
Long‑term assignment with detavast (temp-to-perm) possibilities
The Role
As a Senior Analog IC Designer, you will be part of a multidisciplinary R&D team responsible for the development of advanced analog and mixed‑signal ICs. From concept and architecture to silicon validation and product qualification, you will play a key role in delivering high‑quality semiconductor solutions for automotive applications.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop analog and mixed‑signal integrated circuits from specification through to production.
Define architectures and translate requirements into robust circuit implementations.
Perform circuit simulation, verification, and validation activities.
Contribute to silicon bring‑up, characterization, and product qualification.
Collaborate closely with layout engineers to ensure optimal implementation and performance.
Participate in technical reviews and contribute to design documentation.
Support the continuous improvement of design methodologies and development processes.
Your Profile
Required Experience & Skills
Proven experience in Analog IC Design with a strong understanding of analog circuit fundamentals.
Extensive experience with industry‑standard design tools such as:
Cadence
Spectre
Solido
Strong knowledge of:
Mismatch analysis
Yield optimization
DFT (Design for Testability)
Device Physics
ESD
EMC
Reliability Engineering
Ability to develop and use behavioral models for architecture exploration and verification.
Experience working closely with IC Layout Engineers .
Strong communication skills and the ability to contribute effectively during technical discussions and design reviews.
Personal Characteristics
Passion for semiconductor technology and innovation.
Strong quality mindset combined with a pragmatic, results‑oriented approach.

Able to work effectively towards challenging development milestones and deadlines.

Experience with in the automotive semiconductor industry .
Familiarity with automotive communication technologies such as CAN , LIN , Ethernet , or related networking protocols.
Experience with high‑voltage BCD , CMOS , or other advanced semiconductor technologies.
