Your role & influence as Invoice Support Specialist- Responsibility

You will be given responsibility for ensuring accurate invoicing and smooth financial operations by managing invoice processing, handling corrections, and coordinating with teams across the organization to maintain high standards of billing accuracy and customer experience. - Collaboration

Together with your team, you take care of delivering accurate and efficient invoicing processes. You’ll work closely not only with your immediate colleagues but also with stakeholders across the business to ensure seamless operations and an excellent customer experience. - Core activities
:- Handle daily invoicing tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Manage invoice corrections and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth financial operations.

Additional qualifications- A bachelor’s degree level of working and thinking.
- Experience with invoicing processes and working with Dynamics F&O and Zendesk.
- Technical skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
