Omgevingsdienst Groene Metropool (ODGM) zoekt een Junior toezichthouder Bouw in Nijmegen. Je bereidt controles voor, bezoekt bouwplaatsen en ziet toe op regelgeving en vergunningen. Na een inwerkperiode werk je zelfstandig met ondersteuning wanneer nodig en rapporteer je bevindingen digitaal.
Je werkt vanuit Nijmegen met teamleden en hebt ruimte voor professionele ontwikkeling binnen de afdeling Bouwtoezicht Zuid. Het contract bedraagt 36 uur per week voor 1 jaar met uitzicht op vast contract.
