Kenniscentrum Sociaal Domein zoekt een Klantmanager Uitkeringsbeheer om inwoners te ondersteunen bij de Participatiewet. Je voert regie over een eigen caseload en beoordeelt wijzigingen in uitkeringen met een menselijke benadering.
Je beschikt over HBO werk- en denkniveau en minimaal 3 jaar relevante ervaring bij een gemeente, met actuele kennis van de Participatiewet. Hybride werken is mogelijk, minimaal 50% op kantoor, voor circa 32 uur per week.
