Een zorgorganisatie voor ouderen is op zoek naar een begeleider bij dementie op jonge leeftijd. In deze rol bied je structuur en veiligheid aan bewoners op locatie Bosweg, waar je samenwerkt met collega's om het gewone leven voor de bewoners zo normaal mogelijk te maken. Je hebt een mbo-diploma in maatschappelijk werk of verzorging en bent stevig in je schoenen.

Je biedt persoonlijke verzorging en helpt bij de dagbesteding. Dit is een kans om écht het verschil te maken in het leven van jongeren met dementie.
