A strategic and executive assignment for an experienced program manager who knows how to successfully connect and realize complex ICT transformations within the government. The ideal candidate combines solid governance experience with hands‑on execution power in the areas of cloud, security, workplace modernization and digital transformation.
The programme includes various strategic tracks in the areas of:
- Infrastructure modernization
- Cloud strategy and hybrid design
- Workplace modernization and identity
- Data and information provision
- Monitoring, reporting and governance
- AI and digital sovereignty
- The programme manager plays a central role in connecting, prioritising and realising these processes.
The Digital Transformation Programme Manager is responsible for realising the integrated programme by:
- Ensuring coherence between the various initiatives
- Setting priorities in relation to capacity and governance choices
- Monitoring progress and results
- Initiating and starting new projects and trajectories
- Focusing explicitly on realisation power and operational direction
- Actively managing the implementation of the entire programme
- Connecting infrastructure, security, workplace and data processes
- Supporting the board and management in prioritisation and decision‑making
- Identifying bottlenecks and making adjustments where necessary
- Initiating new projects
- Setting up program management
- Integrating information security into all processes
- Aligning with the current Security program
- A completed HBO/WO education in a relevant direction
- At least 3 years of recent experience as a program manager within municipalities or municipal cooperation organisations with at least 5,000 end users
- Experience with complex ICT programmes and digital transformations
- Experience in stakeholder‑intensive environments such as government or shared service organisations
