De SGB-SMIT Group in Nijmegen zoekt een stagiair voor het L&D team. Je organiseert en volgt klassikale trainingen op, en bent verantwoordelijk voor het bouwen van content in Flow Sparks.
Naast het zelfstandig uitvoeren van trainingen, bied je ondersteuning bij onboarding en verbeterprocessen. Er zijn volop mogelijkheden om projecten vanuit de praktijk aan te pakken en waardevolle aanbevelingen te doen.
