IT Support Engineer onsite

We are looking for an IT On-Site Support Engineer to join a global Semiconductor industry client of ours. This role focuses on providing hands‑on IT support across hardware, software, networking, and end‑user services, ensuring smooth daily operations on‑site while collaborating with global IT teams.

• MBO degree
• Experience in 1st and 2nd line IT support
• Customer‑friendly and service‑oriented mindset
• Fluent in Dutch and English (Dutch is mandatory)
• Knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting
• Experience with Service Now or similar ticketing systems
• Experience supporting lab and tool PCs is a plus
• Must live within commuting distance.

• Manage incidents and service requests via Service Now
• Install, configure, and decommission end‑user devices
• Provide data migration support
• Coordinate remote support with global IT teams
• Perform network patching and basic debugging
• Maintain inventory and stock management
• Provide printer support (toner, drum, waste replacement)
• Support audio/video systems in meeting rooms
• Assist VIP users with technical issues
• Support site‑level IT projects and deployments
• Provide support for labs and manufacturing environments
