Career Value ICT Recruitment zoekt een IT Helpdeskmedewerker die interne gebruikers ondersteunt en als eerste aanspreekpunt fungeert voor IT-gerelateerde vragen. Je werkt nauw samen met het IT-team om systemen soepel te laten draaien en problemen snel op te lossen.
Je beschikt over een MBO-diploma in IT, ervaring als helpdesk is een pré en je hebt uitstekende communicatie- en klantgerichte vaardigheden. Flexibele werktijden en een dynamische werkomgeving vormen onderdeel van de functie.
