Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit als Werkplekbeheerder in Nijmegen?
Samen met je collega's zorg je dat eindgebruikers vlekkeloos kunnen werken. Jouw missie is simpel: zorgen dat iedereen digitaal weer snel verder kan. Geen dag is hetzelfde. Je werkt op locatie bij onze opdrachtgevers in omgeving Nijmegen
, waar je deel uitmaakt van een lokaal team of zelfstandig projecten draait.
- Analyseren en oplossen: Je pakt 1e en 2e lijns incidenten op. Kom je er niet uit? Dan schakel je direct met de juiste specialisten.
- On-site support: Je beheert werkplekken, installeert hardware en zorgt dat nieuwe medewerkers van de klant direct 'up and running' zijn.
- Proactief beheer: Je denkt mee over structurele oplossingen om incidenten in de toekomst te voorkomen.
- Registratie: Je houdt alles netjes bij in het ticketsysteem (zoals TOPdesk) zodat de administratie altijd klopt.
- Klantcontact: Jij bent het visitekaartje. Je zorgt dat de eindgebruiker zich gehoord voelt en met een glimlach weer verder kan werken.
