Een vooraanstaand restaurantbedrijf zoekt een Restaurant General Manager in Nijmegen. In deze rol leid je een team van 50-100 medewerkers en ben je verantwoordelijk voor alle operationele aspecten van het restaurant met een focus op medewerkers, gasten, verkoop en winst. Je moet sterk zijn in people management, commerciële inzichten hebben en ervaring in de horeca. Wij bieden een salaris van €2.700 – €3.500,- per maand plus secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden.
