Internship – Product Engineering; ML Model Development

Overview

Product Engineering intern – working in the In‑Vehicle Networking product line in Nijmegen, Netherlands, supporting the development of ICs and contributing to mass‑production readiness.

• Develop innovative AI/ML solutions for product engineering.
• Analyze semiconductor test and characterization data with statistical tools.
• Participate in project sub‑teams and support external interfaces.
• Collaborate with the team lead to execute cross‑functional changes and deliver results on time, maintaining optimal quality and cost.
• Support development of new ML solutions to provide best‑in‑class data analytics for the engineering team.
• Implement zero‑defect screening methods and continuously improve screening techniques to meet market demand.

• Master’s student majoring in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a closely related quantitative field.
• Additional coursework in Electronics and/or VLSI Design is a plus.
• Strong programming skills in Python with experience in data analysis or ML workflows.
• Ability to translate analytical results into practical engineering decisions and collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Interest in semiconductor test data, production analytics, and industrial ML solutions.
• Available for a minimum of 6 months of internship.

Full‑time internship (40 hours per week) with a minimum duration of 6 months; extension possible.
