Clinical Environment Epic electronic health record system Point-of-care testing available onsite Physician-led practice with APP support Focus on patient-centered care and continuity across the care team Essential Responsibilities Provide comprehensive pediatric care in an outpatient setting Evaluate, treat, and educate patients and families Supervise and collaborate with physician assistants and nurse practitioners Participate in process improvement and quality initiatives Advocate for patients and families within the care team Ideal Candidate Board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatrics Committed to relationship-based, compassionate care Interest in Christian medical missions or faith-based practice is welcome Eager to grow a thriving pediatric practice in a community-focused environment
