NAES in Niles, MI is seeking an Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Technician to support safe, efficient, and reliable plant operations under the Control Room Operator. You will perform field operations, monitoring, and troubleshooting with start-up/shutdown and routine operations.
This role requires power generation experience, a high school diploma (associate degree preferred), and the ability to work a rotating 7-on/7-off schedule, with potential extended hours.
