Manufacturing Engineer – New Part Processing
- Addition to Staff | New Cell, New CNC Lathes
- Base Salary up to $100K + Bonus

We’re looking for a Manufacturing Engineer with experience in Solid Works, ERP systems, and machining process design to join our engineering team.
What You’ll Do:You’ll lead and support process development from the moment a new part hits the drawing board to its successful transition to production.
- Process new and legacy parts for release to production
- Create and review detailed travelers, fixture designs, and custom tooling
- Conduct 2nd engineer reviews and finalize job dispositions
- Manage and update customer-driven change requests (e.g., MQIs, ADCNs, OPMPs)
- Support PPAP documentation, creation, and submission
- Build and monitor PFMEAs and process audits through IQS
- Collaborate with operators to troubleshoot and refine processes
- Participate in first-run part integration and ensure seamless shop floor transitions
- Maintain engineering equipment and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Respond to customer needs with urgency and professionalism
- Have hands-on experience with Solid Works for fixture and tooling design
- Are comfortable navigating ERP systems and updating detailed process documentation
- Understand CNC machining operations and how to translate customer prints into efficient, real-world production steps
- Enjoy solving problems alongside machine operators and floor supervisors
- Communicate clearly and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
