• Conduct thorough initial and ongoing evaluations of patients' physical and functional abilities
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' specific needs and goals
• Provide hands-on therapy sessions, including exercises, stretches, and other interventions
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Monitor patients' progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care

As a Physical Therapist with The Orchards at Niles, you will have the flexibility to work on a basis, allowing you to balance your schedule with your personal and professional goals. • A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
