Reliability Maintenance Supervisor (2nd Shift)

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations in our aluminum extrusion facility. The ideal candidate will lead a maintenance team, ensure machinery, equipment, and facilities operate optimally, minimize downtime, and maximize efficiency.

• Supervise Maintenance Team:
  Lead, train, and motivate a team of maintenance technicians and staff to ensure timely and efficient execution of maintenance activities across the production facility.
• Preventive Maintenance Program:
  Oversee and execute a preventive maintenance schedule for all equipment, including extruders, presses, ovens, and auxiliary systems.
• Troubleshooting & Repairs:
  Act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and lead team in diagnosing and repairing failures to minimize production downtime.
• Equipment Maintenance:
  Ensure routine checks, repairs, and servicing of aluminum extrusion machinery and auxiliary equipment, maintaining detailed records.
• Safety & Compliance:
  Enforce strict adherence to safety procedures and company policies, ensuring compliance with OSHA and other safety regulations.
• Inventory Management:
  Manage spare parts and tools inventory, ensuring availability of critical components.
• Budget & Cost Control:
  Assist in development of the maintenance department's budget, ensuring effective cost control and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Team Development:
  Provide coaching and training to maintenance personnel, developing their skills.
• Production Support:
  Collaborate with production team to plan and execute maintenance activities around production schedules.
• Continuous Improvement:
  Participate in efforts to improve equipment performance, processes, and work methods to increase operational efficiency.
• Documentation & Reporting:
  Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and generate regular reports to management.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a maintenance role within an industrial or manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Strong knowledge of aluminum extrusion processes, machinery, and equipment maintenance.
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Familiarity with PLC systems and industrial automation.
• Proficiency in maintenance management software and related tools.
• Ability to lead, train, and develop a high-performing maintenance team.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations within an industrial environment.
• Flexibility to work flexible hours, including on-call duties, if necessary.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, climb ladders, work in confined spaces and noisy environments.

• Manufacturing plant with exposure to industrial equipment, hot surfaces, and elevated noise levels.
• Work shifts may include evenings, weekends, or overtime depending on production needs.
