Senior Assistant Store Manager

Position Overview

Hourly rate ranges from $16.25 - $17.00 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

• Establish and maintain Guest Services
• Support the Store Manager in overall store operations
• Ensure maximum sales and profitability by developing staff
• Control expenses and shrinkage
• Manage all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence to Company policies and procedures

• Minimum age requirement of 18
• Prior retail and/or management experience required
• Physical demands: over 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work up to 38 hours per week
