Full-Time Seasonal (May - September, estimated)

Job Description:
The Mahoning Valley Scrappers are seeking a motivated and hands-on Stadium Operations Assistant for the upcoming season. This role provides comprehensive experience in facility operations management and daily ballpark operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist the Assistant General Manager, Operations during Scrappers home games and special events at Eastwood Field

• Collaborate with the Cleaning Supervisor to maintain a clean and safe ballpark environment

• Ensure the ballpark is properly set up according to schedule before gates open

• Learn and assist with ballpark operating systems

• Support game day operations and special events as needed

• Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and supervising concession employees

• Provide support on the playing field as needed

• Assist in coordinating outside events, including wrestling, Buddy Walk, youth camps, clinics, and corporate events

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs

• Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays throughout the season

• Experience in general maintenance or facility operations

• Previous experience in a similar environment preferred

• Willingness to work long hours, weekends, and holidays

• Strong teamwork skills and ability to work independently

• Excellent time management and organizational skills
