Work opportunity for Property Preservation/REO Contractors. By Weekly Payment.

Looking for property preservation vendors who meet the following requirements:

• Experience to do standard preservation duties/tasks including winterizations, lawn maintenance, debris removal, lock changes, initial services (including sales clean), boarding, prepare/put property in convey condition, general/minor household repairs, etc.
• Ability to provide estimates on requested items for repair/replace.
• Must have own transportation.
• Must be detail oriented when reporting results in reports along with photos, bids, etc.
• Meeting client's deadlines.
• Must have own equipment and have inventory of necessary HUD locks on hand, materials needed on regular basis, etc.
• Pay is based on your bid and as per allowable list (no discount).
