Memory Care Support Partner (Part‑Time)

Location:

Nixa, Missouri

Starting wage: $18.00‑$19.00 per hour

• Week 1:
  Monday, Saturday, Sunday>
• Week 2:
  Thursday, Friday 11 pm‑7 am

• Advocate of Empathy:
  Create human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments.
• Patient Observer:
  Discover residents’ interests, abilities, and what makes each resident unique; collaborate to create appropriate engagement plans.
• Master of the Mise en Scène:
  Prepare and set the physical environment for daily activities, from breakfast to nighttime routine.
• Life Partner:
  Partner with residents to achieve all facets of daily life from wake to sleep.
• Document Resident Care:
  Keep accurate documentation of resident care and changes in condition.
• Assist Orientation:
  Help orient new team members assigned to memory care neighborhoods.

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking).
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
• Ability to frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and after a fall.
• Criminal clearance required.
