We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our team at NIXA NURSING & REHAB. As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents.
About the Role:As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our long‑term care facility, providing guidance and support to our nursing staff, and ensuring that our residents receive the best possible care. You will be responsible for managing patient care, supervising staff, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. Your exceptional leadership skills and nursing expertise will enable you to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.
Responsibilities:- Oversees the daily operations of our long‑term care facility, ensuring that all aspects of patient care are met with excellence
- Supervises and mentors nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high‑quality patient care
- Conducts regular rounds to ensure that residents are receiving appropriate care and that any issues are addressed promptly
- Collaborates with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care
- Develops and implements policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and quality care
- Participates in quality improvement activities and identifies areas for improvement
- Maintains accurate records and reports, including incident reports and patient progress notes
- Assists in the development of departmental goals and objectives
