Reports directly to Starbucks Manager.

Enjoy a friendly and flexible team environment. You'll provide excellent customer service and craft high‑quality Starbucks beverages in a clean environment.

• Provide exceptional service to all clientele.
• Accurately prepare all drinks to Starbucks specifications.
• Maintain a clean and well‑organized kiosk.
• Stock the kiosk with needed supplies from the backroom storage area.
• Keep all counters and tables clean for customer use.
• Leave the kiosk clean and ready for the next barista.
• Stay up to date with the latest product knowledge.

• Successfully complete required Starbucks Initial Store Training (IST).
• Follow all Starbucks guidelines regarding product shelf life.
• Follow all Pyramid Foods company guidelines regarding proper cash handling techniques to achieve low levels of cash over/short.
• Comply with all company policies, including following dress code and wearing a name tag.

Must be able to lift 60 lb boxes on occasion and/or exert 25–60 lbs. of force frequently and/or 10-20 lbs. of force constantly while moving and handling materials and products. Must have dexterous use of both hands. Must be able to stand and move about to various workstations. Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull items so that objects move toward areas of use.

Must be able to use knives and other sharp instruments utilized in the preparation of food items and/or removing product from boxes. This is medium work requiring good vision, hearing, lifting, carrying, stooping, kneeling, standing, reaching, pushing, pulling and the ability to work on floors that sometimes become slippery.
