All Convenience store associates

• Provide outstanding customer service
• Greet and thank every customer
• Maintain a clean, attractive, and friendly store environment
• Train, schedule, and supervise Convenience Store Associates
• Follow merchandising plans based on product movement, customer demand, and profitability
• Order inventory based on sales to control stock levels, minimize out-of-stocks and shrink, and maximize sales
• Control shrink due to pricing errors, theft, and spoilage
• Price and date products to ensure quality, accuracy, and rotation
• Order supplies to control expenses
• Establish a cleaning program for display cases, backroom areas, and coolers
• Complete weekly Purchase Reports recording sales, purchases, credits, and gross profit
• Meet sales, labor, and gross profit projections
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and security policies
• Comply with all governmental weights, measures laws, and health regulations
• Follow all company policies including dress code and wearing a name tag

Must be able to lift 60 lbs occasionally, exert 25-60 lbs frequently, and 10-20 lbs constantly. Must have dexterous use of both hands, stand, move about, and handle materials. Ability to work on floors that may be slippery is required.
