The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute "start to finish" variable tasks such as planograms, as well as provide support for other tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly, and the maintenance of all signage. The FAST Team Member will interact with customers and Team Members, while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)As a FAST Team Member, it is essential that you be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented. You must be able to fulfill the following requirements:
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
- Work scheduled shifts and be able to work varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
- Communicate proactively with your District FAST Supervisor on work completion, issues, and solutions.
- Complete planograms and resets accurately and promptly.
- Perform store-specific measurements.
- Perform accurate cycle counts.
- Complete Tractor Way top cap process.
- Hang store signage.
- Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
- Review planogram integrity and perform detailed recovery.
- Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Ask to add value. - Ensure customers have a shopping experience that differentiates us from the competition.
- Provide peak coverage as needed, e.g., Day After Thanksgiving.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience:
Prior retail and/or merchandising experience required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required. Ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential regardless of education level.
- Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Interpersonal skills and ability to resolve issues ethically with minimal conflict.
- Self-directed with the ability to complete tasks independently.
- Mostly indoor environment with moderate noise.
- Shifts typically range from 4 to over 8 hours, varying by store.
- Travel between store locations using personal vehicle; often long distances.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and promote a safe work environment.
- Work on hard surfaces with adequate lighting and temperature.
- Travel as needed for district support.
- Push/pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with proper equipment.
- Lift or reach overhead occasionally.
- Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, and climb ladders frequently.
- Access all store areas safely.
- Operate store equipment and communicate effectively.
- Handle and transfer merchandise up to 50 pounds.
- Operate vehicles and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
