A growing local company is seeking a dependable and skilled Window Treatment Installer / Finish Carpenter to join our team. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role ideal for someone with carpentry, construction, or home improvement experience who takes pride in delivering high-quality work and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:- Install custom window treatments including shades, blinds, curtains, outdoor shades, and window films
- Measure, assemble, and install products accurately in residential and commercial settings
- Use drills, anchors, fasteners, and hand tools to securely mount treatments into wood, drywall, concrete, and steel surfaces
- Complete finish carpentry tasks and minor modifications as needed for installations
- Ensure all installations are safe, secure, and meet quality standards
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while working with customers
- Previous experience in carpentry, cabinetry, trim work, finish carpentry, construction trades, or home improvement
- Experience with cabinet installation or custom woodworking is a plus
- Ability to read measurements and use hand and power tools safely
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing job sites
- Reliable transportation and excellent work ethic
- Frequently bend, stoop, kneel, and reach
- Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds
- Ability to work on ladders and stand for extended periods
