Head Nixa Youth Softball Coach

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct all aspects of the Nixa Youth Softball program.
• Work with the High School Varsity softball coaches to blend fundamental teaching ideas.
• Organize practice plans, lead practices and distribute and maintain all gear; stress safety and proper techniques in teaching fundamentals.
• Supervise all practices and provide game supervision before, during and after practices and games.
• Work with the Activities Director and develop weekly practice schedules and game planning.

• Prior softball coaching experience preferred.
• Willingness to understand and support the District's Comprehensive School Improvement Plan.
• Must successfully pass a background check and drug test satisfactory to the Board of Education.
