Construction Manager

A reputable construction company in Nizwa Oman is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects The ideal candidate should have a strong background in construction management and be able to effectively lead and coordinate with various teams to ensure timely completion of projects within budget and quality standards This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$ per month without accommodation Candidates must have excellent English skills and be able to work independently Preference will be given to Indian nationals Women are encouraged to apply

• Manage all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion
• Oversee project budget schedule and quality control
• Coordinate with contractors subcontractors and other teams involved in the project
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
• Review and approve project designs plans and specifications
• Communicate project progress updates to stakeholders
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and identify any potential issues
• Prepare reports on project status budget and any changes or delays

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in construction management
• Strong knowledge of construction processes methods materials and equipment
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams
• Proven track record of successfully completing construction projects on time and within budget
• Strong communication skills in English both written and verbal
• Familiarity with safety regulations and standards in the construction industry
• Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure
• Willingness to work independently as well as part of a team
• Indian nationality preferred
