We are currently hiring a Loader for our construction company in Nizwa. This position is open to Indian nationals who are fluent in English and do not have prior experience. Accommodation will be provided for the chosen candidate and we encourage women to apply for this role.

As a Loader you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to load and transport materials on construction sites. This includes loading and unloading trucks, moving materials around the site and ensuring that materials are delivered to the correct location. You will also be responsible for maintaining and inspecting the loader to ensure it is in good working condition.

The ideal candidate for this position should have physical strength and stamina as well as good hand-eye coordination. You should also have a basic understanding of how to operate heavy machinery and follow safety protocols. While previous experience is not required we are looking for someone who is willing to learn and has a positive attitude towards work.

In this role you will be working closely with other team members so strong communication skills are essential. You should also be able to follow instructions accurately and work efficiently under pressure.
