Land Surveyor

Contract Land Surveyor - Nizwa, Oman

As a contract land surveyor in Nizwa, Oman, you will be responsible for conducting surveys of land and preparing detailed maps and reports for various projects. This is a contract position, so experience is not required but preferred. You will be working on a project-by-project basis with flexible hours.

• Conduct surveys of land using specialized equipment and tools
• Prepare accurate maps and reports based on survey data
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accuracy of data
• Communicate with clients to understand project requirements
• Perform quality control checks on survey data to ensure accuracy
• Adhere to safety regulations while working on site

• Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field preferred but not required
• Experience in land surveying is an asset but not required
• Knowledge of GPS, GIS, and other surveying equipment and software
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
• Must be able to work in Nizwa, Oman without accommodation provided

Salary:
The salary for this contract position is 1200$ USD per month.
