Construction Manager vacancy in Nizwa Oman
Part-Time Construction Manager (Nizwa, Oman)
We are seeking a driven and experienced Part-Time Construction Manager to oversee various construction projects in Nizwa, Oman. In this role, you will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and quality control to ensure successful completion of each project. As a part-time manager, you will work closely with contractors and subcontractors to ensure all work is completed efficiently and to specifications.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion
- Create project plans and schedules, and monitor progress
- Manage budgets and ensure all costs stay within budget
- Hire and supervise contractors and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Communicate regularly with project stakeholders on progress, issues, and changes
- Resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise during the construction process
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in project management software
- Available to work part-time hours on weekdays
Salary: $1100 per month (based on experience)
