Surveyor - Indian Nationals (Nizwa, Oman)
A reputable construction company is seeking a skilled Surveyor to join our team in Nizwa, Oman. As an Indian national, you will have the opportunity to work in a diverse and multicultural environment while utilizing your expertise in surveying. This is a contract position with a competitive salary of $1200 per month.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Surveyor, preferably within the construction industry. You must be fluent in English and possess strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with our team and clients. As this is a contract position, you must be able to work independently and efficiently to meet project deadlines.
Accommodation will not be provided for this role, therefore we are seeking individuals who are already based in Nizwa or are willing to relocate at their own expense. However, we will provide visa sponsorship for the selected candidate.

As a Surveyor, your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Conducting land surveys using various equipment such as GPS receivers and total stations
- Collecting data and analyzing measurements to create accurate maps and reports
- Collaborating with engineers and architects on projects to ensure accuracy of plans
- Providing recommendations on design changes based on survey results
- Maintaining accurate records of survey data
- Adhering to safety guidelines while working on site
Requirements:
- Indian national currently residing in Nizwa or willing to relocate at own expense
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Surveyor
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent certification in Surveying or Civil Engineering
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
- Visa sponsorship available
