English Tutor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced English Tutor to join our team in Nizwa Oman. As an English Tutor you will be responsible for teaching English to students of various ages and levels.

This is a contract job with a salary of 1600$ including accommodation.

• Conducting one-on-one or group tutoring sessions with students
• Creating lesson plans and teaching materials based on students needs
• Assessing students progress and providing feedback
• Helping students improve their reading writing listening and speaking skills in English
• Preparing students for exams such as IELTS or TOEFL
• Collaborating with other tutors and teachers to ensure consistent learning outcomes for students
• Maintaining accurate records of students attendance and progress

• Native proficiency in English Canadian or Filipino preferred
• Bachelors degree in Education Linguistics or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years experience as an English tutor or teacher
• Experience working with international students is an asset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of different learners
