Machine Operator for Manufacturing Company in Nizwa, Oman

We are a manufacturing company based in Nizwa, Oman and we are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating and maintaining various types of machines to produce high-quality products. This position does not require English proficiency and is open to Indian nationals.

• Set up and operate machines such as lathes, mills, grinders and presses to perform production operations
• Monitor machines during operation to ensure smooth functioning and identify any issues or malfunctions
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in good working condition
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate production output
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance and make adjustments as needed
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while operating machines

• Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of machine tools and their functions (e.g. lathe, milling machine)
• Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
• Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
• Physical stamina and strength for standing, lifting, and operating machinery for extended periods of time
• Indian nationality preferred
• Must have valid visa sponsorship

We offer a salary of 1200$ per month without accommodation provided.
