Sales Manager – Filipino Nationals

We are hiring a Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Nizwa, Oman. This position is suitable for Filipino nationals who are looking for a full‑time job opportunity in the sales industry. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives to achieve company sales targets and objectives.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
• Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
• Lead and motivate the sales team to exceed performance targets
• Conduct regular market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities
• Build strong relationships with clients and maintain excellent customer service standards
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports for management review
• Train new hires on product knowledge, selling techniques, and company policies

• Must be a Filipino national currently residing in Nizwa or willing to relocate
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role in the sales industry
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet tight deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Biometric passport required

We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month plus commission based on performance. This is a full‑time position with no accommodation provided.
