Job Description Summary
Customer focused position responsible for order management in a fast‑paced environment. Seeking motivated candidates to plan and schedule orders with attention to detail. The role has moderate autonomy, requiring high levels of operational judgement.
Roles and ResponsibilitiesEnsure first class Quotation/OTR process execution on customer quotations, order entry and or equipment/supplies/services delivery for assigned area. Ensure quotation/prospective order data quality and integrity before customer quotes/orders are entered into the system. Act as liaison/partner with Sales, Service and Customers to meet commitments and resolve issues.
Essential Responsibilities- Responsible for driving the overall execution of the GEHC customer quoting /pre‑order/order entry processes (meeting customer criteria, valid product configuration, valid pricing models, revisions, compliance with international and local trade rules and requirements). May include facilitating customer and opportunity creation in customer/order tracking databases.
- Implement quoting processes to facilitate and support the integration of new products and businesses.
- Act as key contact and liaison for internal (Sales, Service, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, Logistics, etc.) and corresponding external customers (direct and/or dealers) to ensure on time, high quality quote processing/order fulfillment, contemporary processing of customer related work and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with field sales and service, marketing, commercial operations, finance/pricing analysts to resolve technical and process‑related issues.
- Proactively resolve and escalat[e] issues across functions regarding contract requirements promotions, new product releases to meet customer commitments and GEHC orders targets.
- Ensure all raised quality and customer complaint issues are handled through the proper quality processes and channels.
- Effectively manage and prioritise various projects with minimal supervision.
- High School diploma/GED and at least 1 year of experience in customer service or field support operations.
- Proficiency in computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite products.
- Ability to communicate using English.
- Strong focus on customer care and satisfaction.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines and commitments.
- Highly motivated, goal‑oriented self‑starter with ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, taking initiative to make things happen, identify what needs to be done, and do it.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organisational, project management and time management skills, including multi‑tasking and ability to prioritise and meet deadlines, follow up and attention to detail.

- Experience with quotation and order entry systems/tools (such as Cobra, eOM, Oracle, Cognos, etc.)
- Basic understanding of ITO & OTR processes.
- Basic understanding of technical/medical equipment and services, preferred knowledge in applicable specific GE Healthcare care areas desired.
