Job SummaryAgent Service Team member will support agents with business needs as listed in the duties below.
Duties/Responsibilities- Answer agent questions
- Service work-help w/contracting
- Quotes
- Ordering supplies / pulling apps
- Commissions problem solving
- Onboarding and updating agents
- Ensuring hierarchy is set properly in systems
- Answer inbound calls
- Assist Marketer, Chantell Fiscus answer agent questions, process contract requests, outbound calls regarding important and pressing information
- All cover sheets for contracting
- Ensuring agents complete their contracting links & certifications
- Recruiting calls for meetings
- Carrier reach out when agents have an issue
