• Curriculum:
  Create and execute age appropriate lesson plans and exercises that meet children's needs across all areas of development.
• Individualized Guidance:
  Perceive and address the individual needs of each child to help them grow to their highest potential.
• Parent Correspondence:
  Maintain open and positive communication with parents about their little learner's days.
• Group Cooperation:
  Work cooperatively with our school team to promote a positive and nurturing environment for all.
• Keep a Protected Climate:

• Minimum of a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential.
• Previous experience as a Preschool/Pre‑K Teacher or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for creating a positive and engaging learning experience for young children.

• Have a genuine passion for the education and care of children?
• Have one year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required)
• Have a CDA, Associates Degree in ECE or related field
• High school diploma/GED (required)
