- Lead commercialization efforts for new and existing system offerings
- Develop product roadmaps aligned with engineering and portfolio priorities
- Partner with innovation teams to bring new solutions to market
- Create technical‑commercial messaging and sales enablement tools
- Support customer engagements, field sales efforts, and strategic pursuits
- Represent systems in customer meetings and industry events
- Collaborate with application engineering teams to support system updates and complex issues
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; advanced business education is a plus
- 8+ years of experience across product management, engineering, sales, or marketing
- Strong application or systems engineering foundation
- Proven success commercializing technical products
- Experience with HVAC, thermal management, or industrial systems
- Ability to bridge technical detail with business strategy
- Strong communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to travel up to 15–20% as business needs require
