The Fun Ambassador is responsible for creating an engaging, welcoming, safe, and memorable experience for guests enjoying Baggerstown’s games and entertainment offerings, including cornhole, golf simulators, darts, pool, and other activities.

As a restaurant and entertainment venue, Baggerstown offers guests opportunities to socialize, participate in games and activities, celebrate special occasions, and enjoy a fun atmosphere beyond traditional dining.

This position combines exceptional hospitality with game knowledge, guest engagement, and operational support. Fun Ambassadors help guests understand how to play, ensure gaming areas are properly maintained, assist with reservations and events, and create an atmosphere where everyone feels included and excited to participate.

The ideal candidate is energetic, outgoing, approachable, dependable, safety-conscious, and genuinely enjoys interacting with people of all ages. Previous gaming experience is helpful but not required. We can teach the games - we’re looking for individuals who naturally make people feel welcome and know how to have fun!

• Welcome guests to Baggerstown's entertainment areas and explain available activities.
• Assist guests with game setup, equipment, and general participation instructions.
• Explain game rules, procedures, and applicable safety requirements in a friendly and approachable manner.
• Demonstrate proper gameplay and provide guidance to guests of all experience levels.
• Encourage guest participation and help create a fun, inclusive environment.
• Recognize opportunities to enhance the guest experience through positive interaction and enthusiasm.
• Assist with cornhole activities, recreational games, tournaments, and other venue entertainment offerings.
• Help organize and coordinate entertainment activities during private parties, corporate events, and group functions.
• Monitor entertainment areas for safe guest behavior and proper equipment use.
• Address unsafe activities promptly and involve management when necessary.
• Inspect equipment and report damaged, missing, or malfunctioning items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of game areas, equipment, seating, and surrounding spaces.
• Set up and break down entertainment equipment for regular operations and special events.
• Monitor scheduled activity times and help maintain efficient transitions between groups.
• Assist guests with basic questions about venue offerings, activities, and events.
• Coordinate with Servers, Bartenders, Hosts, Event Servers, and management to ensure a smooth overall guest experience.
• Help promote current entertainment activities, special events, and upcoming tournaments.
• Assist with guest check-in, registration, scoring, or event organization when assigned.
• Follow established procedures for handling guest complaints, injuries, incidents, and emergencies.
• Complete assigned opening and closing responsibilities.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Fun Ambassadors are expected to create an atmosphere that makes guests want to return.
