• The Assistant Dietary Manager assists the Dining Services Manager (DSM) in ensuring that nourishing, palatable, and well‑balanced meals are prepared and served to meet the daily nutritional and special dining needs of each resident, consistent with accepted nutritional standards and regulatory requirements.

• Indiana certification as a Certified Dining Manager, or willingness and ability to obtain within six (6) months of employment.
• A minimum of two (2) years’ experience working in the kitchen of a long‑term care facility or health‑care setting.
• Cooking/Culinary experience is required.
• Must hold Serv‑Safe Certification.
