Responsibilities
  • Deliver One-on-One ABA Therapy with children ranging from 18 months to school age, providing personalized therapy.
  • Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team to develop and implement customized therapy plans.
  • Apply Creativity in Therapy using play-based and naturalistic strategies.
  • Guide Children’s Progress and help them succeed in educational and social settings.
  • Document and Track Development by maintaining accurate progress records.
  • Uphold Core Values of Compassion, Trustworthiness, Courage, and Commitment in a supportive team environment.
Qualifications
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree highly preferred.
  • Ability to perform physical requirements (lifting/carrying, movement, and sustained positions) and to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license preferred.
  • Safety background check and drug test at time of hire.
